The older two sales associates named Leslie and Laura/Laurie treated my grandmother and I terribly. The were rolling their eyes, tapping their toes, speaking poorly about us as well as other shoppers over their radio. We asked to try on shoes and asked for a size other than the display and they acted like it was the biggest burden for them to have to go in the back to get the shoes. Leslie even made a comment very loudly to Laura or Laurie that "she was a bigger woman than her because she wouldn't be able to put up with it". Two other customers left while waiting for a long period of time for another shoe size. You would think customers coming in to a store to spend hundreds of dollars would be treated a little better. The other associates that were there at the time were lovely and very helpful.

I love this store. It is clean, friendly and Derick the manger is wonderful and helpful. A few weeks ago, we came in as a family and associates went above and beyond to help each of us.

I love this store!!! The staff allow you to shop on your own without being pushy, but are very attentive to any questions you may have.
