Took my daughter in to have her ears pieced. Miranda a excellent. She was caring, friendly, and social. A couple days later, after my wife and I had diligently cleaned her piercings, She had redness, tenderness, and swelling in both ear lobes. We went back to the store and were unfortunate enough to get Ashley. She had no interest in us unless she could make a buck. Initially she said it was our fault because we pushed the earrings on too tight before even looking at her ears. When she looked at them she said that wasn't it but never apologized. She then said we could buy a different solution from her or we could pay her to repierce my daughters ears. She showed no empathy, consideration, or customer service skills. Miranda was there so we talked to her. She was apologetic, concerned, caring, and showed excellent customer service skills. Avoid this place or at least avoid Ashley until she gains customer service skills.
