Nicole and her team, Ana, Ashley, Tiffany, Joseph and the new joining Euron are definitely providing excellent customer experience and banking services. Nicole is a great branch manager who holds a high level of professionalism, deep understanding about customer's banking needs, great patience and courtesy. She and her staff are also very caring and focus on building a strong long term relationship with their customers.
After ten years with Chase, I am now questioning my loyalty. Last week, I entered this branch to exchange 20s for 100s. Was this possible? No--it turns out that this branch is "cashless." I was told that I could just deposit the bills into the ATM and then withdraw it in 100s. Was this possible? No--that exceeds the withdrawal limitations set up by Chase. Fast forward to today--another simple transfer made impossible by this branch. I withdrew $400 from one account to deposit it into another. The ATM gave me 100s. When it was time for the deposit, I was greeted with an error message saying that one of the bills could not be read. The exact same bills that the ATM dispensed could not or would not be read while trying to make a deposit. In any other situation, I could walk up to the teller and have everything sorted out. But was this possible here? No--again, this is a "cashless" branch. While having a "cashless" branch might work on paper, it does not work in practice and actively harms banking consumers. I will not be visiting this branch again, and I am looking into finding another bank altogether.
Today was my first visit to this Chase branch, which opened in the last few years. Ms. Softley helped me, she provided great customer service, something I have gotten used to at my other branch on Cheshire Bridge, but I was still surprised to be treated so well at a branch where no one knew me. Very positive experience.
Horrible service, they’re not a full service branch and it doesn’t say that online so please avoid. The person helping me didn’t know what he was doing and was constantly going back-and-forth to a different person to ask questions, I might as well have dealt with that person directly. When I did go to that person the guidelines that they have at this branch versus online and the other branches are very different, not consistent customer service with a Chase brand. Very disappointing as a Chase customer.
Nicole was a pleasure to deal with and the entire staff is kind and courteous. I will ne bringing my wife in to change her bank accounts over to Chase Bank. Thanks again for providing such excellent service!
Brian was so helpful walking us through all the questions we had opening up a new account. Their very friendly staff and makes these processes less stressful.
My family has had a great experience with this bank since they opened! We have multiple accounts including ones for our teenagers, and the staff has been beyond helpful on every occasion. At this point, I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!
