Matthew Q is awesome!!! The best customer service!!! I usually just do online banking or use the ATM which is not often after hours. Long story short the ATM was not taking cash deposits and I needed to deposit for a transaction to clear. I was able to come in on my off day and Matthew resolved all of my problems. I really appreciate his GREAT communication and kindness! Very professional!!!
I usually prefer banking online but I always enjoy going to Regions branch in Toco Hills. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help. It’s always nice to have a familiar place to go in for banking in person.
I rarely go inside this bank as I prefer to everything online or at the ATM, but the facility itself is kept in great condition. The tellers and agents always greet me and make me feel welcome even though I am certain I am outside their average demographic for this area.
Regions Bank in Toco Hills has to have the BEST employees! from Freddie to Dawn to all the others. I am always greeted with a smile : I have never had a banking issue and have been with this branch for 3 1/2 years. Thank You Regions Bank!
I'm a long time customer that came in to get my first credit card and everything went smooth. The people was friendly also. I have the same experience at all the Regions bank.
Too often ATM's malfunctioning....all within 5 mile radius. Also, when certain situations arise Fraud...WHEN will Regions offer TEMP ATM Cards like their competitors???
