This bank holds on payroll checks and forces you to pay late fees because they are incompetent and use your money to invest in the stock markets instead of caring for you as a customer. They don’t care if your net worth is 8 billion or $2 they will take advantage of you for their own personal gain.
This is the worse and ugly CHASE bank that I have had the unhappiness opportunity do do some business. I went there, as an old customer to exchange around $1,000.00 in coins for hundreds dólar bills, to my surprise the teller told me that it was not possible because they do not have space to store this coin that came in a box 4x4x7 inches. I suggest to J.P. Morgan to close this branch if they are unable to do this small business. The teller are always doing nothing, if someone apear to do any business looks like they change their personalities to make the costumer afraid to do their transaction. I changed my mind, I give. “Zero” star for this bank.
This location of Chase is very dirty and needs to be clean.The office is also worn and could use some paint and cleaning the windows. The store is not very well taken care of and Chase should make sure to maintain a clean look and cleanliness within its branch
Chase bank is really letting me down, the ATMs are always closed after a certain time. There for I have to pay a fee at another ATM and then they charge me a fee for using that other banks ATM. Not cool seriously questioning why they are my Bank because amongst other questionable fees and check holds due to AI, I feel like I am hitting a wall in the great paper chase we call life!
Considerably fare customer service. All is done by the book, no personal touch on the urgent matter. High end location is expected to be more involved with helping customers with their transactions. Not this location. Luckily there are other branches that can relate to customer’s needs and accommodate them accordingly. JP Morgan Chase Bank is one of the best banks out there, no questions asked! This branch definitely needs work on personal input. One star is for doing nothing! I had my inquiry resolved in the other branch.
If I could give this branch 0 star, I would do that. They only do what they want to instead of clients' requirement or needs. The branch wasn't even busy, they are not busy, they just are not willing to offer a service. After they finally did what you want, which means they can do what you want, they told you that they would do it next time! This is something I've been doing or having people done at other branches for so many times. A client wants something to do in a specific way due to specific reasons. Why as a bank employee you can say you won't do when you can do? Just the worst Chase branch ever. Or maybe Chase is just good as advertising but loosing in Customer Service? Would consider to get rid of them soon.
The Security of the Chase Bank is absolute and very kind caring staff and a very helpful first class International world bank in standards .
My regular banker took a leave so Ms Samsun is replacing her temporarily. I just met her & she’s efficient & knows her material! Thank you CHASE for this banker!
