great place to bank with
reported my debit card missing at branch and was told it would be closed and new one issued in 3 - 7 days. Waited 10 days and then called hsbc. 1 hour on the phone to India to discover it had not been cancelled at all and it would take 10 days to replace.
Absolutely the worst bank experience ever. The teller is very rude. They looks very bored of their work. I think HSBC teller is not managed properly. I will definitely change the bank.
I am a former Premier customer, avoid HSBC. Very poor customer service, can never get through on the phone, staff is outsourced overseas, and this branch in particular is very disorganized.
Terrible customer service, both in-person was assigned a personal banker who then changed roles and disappeared and on the phone some of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a company. Stay away!
Disregard the two low reviews. They were made by the same person, as evidenced by the word 'staffs' and the lack of capitalization. Decide for yourself.
The website says they close at 6 and they actually close at 5.
