I love this shop! Everyone is friendly, great gear, great prices. Recently took my strat in for a set up and its like I have a brand new guitar. Plus, Ryan even did the little extra things at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

I've worked with Mark and the guys at Chicago store for decades. Everyone is very helpful, especially Mark and Daman. I've bought many guitars and amps over the years and have also used the repair shop as well. The repair shop is always quick and does really quality work. It's great to work with a local company who knows your needs as opposed to the big box stores or online retailers who have no idea about your musical  needs. I would highly recommend the Chicago store, it's a great organization!!!!

Mark the owner is great I had a problem and he personally called me and made it right. Great business man. I would highly reccomend this store.
