The level of service here is amazing! They sat with my 7 year old son for 30 minutes while he tried a cello for the first time. They also let me demo a saxophone in a small studio. I will go here before Guitar Center from now on.

My 8-year old son is taking piano lessons at IM, and absolutely loves it. They have some great teachers to choose from. From a store perspective, you can expect stellar customer support from the moment you walk in. They go out of their way to assist you with your musical needs, and will order anything that they don’t have in stock. It’s so refreshing to be in a store that doesn’t have a corporate feel....they love music, and they love supporting our future musicians.

My first visit to IMC was in February. This is the only music store in Tucson that is similar to my favorite one in New York City in quality and diversity of products, outstanding customer service, and knowledge of the staff. Each visit to the store has been a wonderful experience, including the rummage sale where I bought three items at phenomenal prices. When my granddaughter is ready for music lessons, I will recommend IMC to her and her parents.

I have had a fantastic experience every time I go to this store I bought a sweet 12 string from these guys and had a lot of questions about it as I have never played with six more than usual, but Wally answered every question I asked and had me set to rock so thank you and I'll be back.....alot

Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed my shopping experience very much! My husband and I have purchased several instruments from them. We also both took lessons from Logan and LOVE his teaching style. This is an AWESOME location and I highly recommend them to everyone!
