This place is aways awesome. It's so popular, and gets extremely busy during lunch hours. However, the way they have employees outside of taking orders makes their popularity issues seem like it's not an issue at all. Everyone is extremely friendly, and they have never messed up an order.

Amazing food, awesome atmosphere! Service is always fast and the employees are very friendly!
I visit here at least once or twice a week. Thanks to my pregnancy cravings.

Food is very good. Staff is very friendly. Store is very clean. However, when I ask for extra pickles, I get no pickles about 1/2 the time. While 90% of people like ketchup with their fries, they will not include any, nor will they ask you if you would like any. I don't understand why you don't just ask if the customer would like ketchup if they get fries. I eat fries once or twice a month, so I'm not going to remember that you don't give any until I get home and am disappointed. Every. Single. Time.

Definitely one of the better options for chickenness prepared in American fashion. Plenty of people are far more than delighted by these establishments. A very popular favorite. Plus it's a good representation of another very successful unapologetic Christian owned business with high standards.

The parking lot here is extremely chaotic during peak times, especially weekday lunch. It's a terrible location. For example, even if you order curbside pick-up via the app, you still have to wait at in the parking lot in the drive-thru traffic just to reach the designated pick-up area. Not only do you have to wait in the drive thru line for a bit, there is only space enough for two cars -- and that's if the first car has pulled up far enough for another to fit. The curbside area needs to be moved -- it's terrible and defeats the whole purpose of a quick in-and-out experience. Perhaps they can utilize the parking to the west of the restaurant next to the Akins.
Or even the small lot north, but anywhere would be better than where it is now. Get the curbside folks totally out of the main parking lot! Curbsiders could pull into the street directly to the south of the restaurant, turn into the lot next to Akins, park, get their food, then exit left to pull around to NW 63rd and avoid further gridlock. This location needs to take a cue from the 33rd Street location in Edmond on how their particular curbside is located/ran.
The employees are superb, always polite and caring.
