Great fast food restaurant in j.c. best!! friendly helpful always smiling very friendly crew!! You can tell they only hire the best people here at this location. I can see a big difference compared to other places. They treat me good ! Thanks guys for being so caring and nice .

Always! exceptional service and friendly staff. I appreciate the moral and Christian based values of this businesses. I'm a firefighter, so other firefighters and myself from the East TN region were in Johnson City conducting traing for the ETRFTA regional fire academy and this is where a lot of us decided to eat lunch. The staff gave other firefighters a discount for their service and I didn't receive one. That's fine, I didn't ask for one and wasn't mad when I didn't get one. That's not the reason I chose to eat here. But as we were sitting and eating a staff member which took my order, think his name was Brad, told me that he didn't give me a discount and he was sorry for that action and gave me a gift card. I told him that it was fine that he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. I do appreciate his gratitude but that's not the entire reason for this review. It goes back to the first sentence. Just saying that this company and staff always go out of their way to provide great service, environment, and great food. Thanks! And thanks for your gratitude towards emergency responders.

The girl that took my order was really nice and did a great job. I stepped to the side to let others order and wait on my food. The call my name and I get my food. A different girl handed me my food and that's where my problem started. I had ordered nuggets and a chicken club. I asked for another pack of sauce of the nuggets as well as honey mustard for the chicken club. Well, the girl that handed me my food said, "There is sauce in there already." Like she has to pay for it if I get one more pack. The other store by IHOP and Ross never gives me this kind of attitude. Especially over a pack of sauce. I gave it 2 stars because the girl that took the order was very sweet (Allie was her name) but the other girl apparently is a sauce Nazi. I'll drive out of the way before I come back to this store

Allways great service & clean dinning area the bathrooms are super clean also.I never worry about taking my granddaughter in there it's always a clean place for a child's little hands.also the food is always fresh.
