Krystal

Well, it’s Krystal. Don’t have high expectations and you will enjoy it, maybe. The dining room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted as expected. They need to work on some maintenance items and check the restrooms every so often. The Krystal and Wendy’s employees seem to have a smoking contest going on. The best I can understand the rules, each restaurant sends out as many employees as they can to smoke in the parking spots between them. I think the winning team is the one that out-lasts the other at avoiding work and customers. The trash cans were “Cosed” but the vacuum cleaner was left plugged in for the guests to use if they so desired. There was not a square of toilet paper to be found... and at Krystal that could be a problem. The only other customer I saw accidentally got bacon on his Krystals and he didn’t want it. Who doesn’t want free bacon? I had a great time and a lot of laughs. Every once in a while, eat at Krystal.

Service is fine, but you won't find worse food anywhere. Patties are an odd color and look like they've been cut from a sheet of beef, fries undercooked and extremely soggy, and we weren't given a drink holder for five drinks, could be much better.

Bit of a wait, but overall service was okay. Food is consistent and good.

Considering the location, I was surprised at the lack of quality and customer service at this store. The cashier did her job but wasn't very friendly. No big deal, it is fast food so I didn't expect much. But it took about 10 minutes to get 6 burgers and 2 fries. I was okay with waiting thinking they would be fresh and hot. Once I got them I realized I was wrong! The cheese wasn't melted and the burgers were cold. Not warm or even room temp but COLD. We ended up just eating the salty fries and one burger each and threw out the rest. Blech! Won't go back. There's plenty of others around to go to.

Good service. Foods nothing to write home about. Burgers are little, like a slider.
