I work in the mall and as a manager I can’t leave and get lunch all the time. Being able to order from the app and have it brought to me is so awesome and convenient . Seriously the slowest chick fil a ever. Not crowded, several workers, and I’ve been standing here 15 min already. And just got my order but charged for fries when I didn’t order.

Waited 20 minutes for my order. Realized when I got home one of my orders of fries were missing.
