I stop at my favorite restaurant (Chick-fil-A) , my first time at this location and I order a #2 which is a spicy deluxe. From all the times I’ve ordered this, the sandwich always comes with cheese and this time I didn’t get my order correct. I was highly disappointed coming from cfa. I got a dry sandwich with only bacon. I go back and they try to tell me that I ordered something different and so to please me they gave me cheese but instead of giving me the right sandwich they gave me a slice of cold cheese in a bag. I understand everyone can make mistakes but I wasn’t expecting this type of service from cfa. Now my fries and burger are all cold, I’m disappointed and I come from Houston where cfa gets extremely packed and they have never got my order wrong.

Sandwich was soggy and barely warm. Order was ready before I got my change from paying bill. I thought sandwiches were supposed to be prepared as ordered. Obviously not the case at this location.

Best quality , service, cleanliness of any other Chik-fils I've been to across the southeast. It is very obvious that Brittney Pickering cares about the product, customers, atmosphere and employees!!!
