I actually was checking to see if I could rate zero stars! I have been to Ward's several times and not only is everything overpriced for what you get, they have NEVER, not even once, I mean NEVER GOT MY ORDER CORRECT! I have drove through and literally ONLY ORDERED cheese fries and a diet coke, they gave me "chili" cheese fries and a root BEER. Another time, I ordered 2 of the meals with drinks and one of the Ward's Quarter burgers we received had NO MEAT on it! Seriously, this burger had mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and bun, they forgot the patty 🙄🙄🙄! These are two examples but I can go on and on! I gave up, I'm not going back!

I went to Wards in Magee, MS and the service and food was awful. We waited for 20 minutes and finally saw our sandwiches sitting on the counter. The girl that took our order said she would bring our fries to us. We took our sandwiches and ate them and they were cold. We never did get our fries. After 30 minutes I was very angry and went and got the managers name from the cashier. The manager on duty just stood there, never apologized just stood there looking like the idiot she obviously is. I will NEVER go to another Wards. It cost me $30 for 2 cold chili dogs, 2 cold burgers and a cold hard grilled chicken.
