Child Support Enforcement

My son is now 16 yrs old, and just found out last year my case was NEVER registered in Ohio where his father is. And now trying to contact the enforcement center but number is no longer in service and last rep. I spoke to couldn't tell me anything????? Call center is 50/50 on getting a nice person, ive had a gentlemen once argue with me on what my child support order stated because he didnt believe what the court order stated and I told him he can argue with the judge. And 3rd, my case was up for review after 14years even though its supose to be every 3 years.....And when i finally got the final order, they put my exes income same as mine monthly? He makes $36,000 and I can barely make $15,000-you do the math because they can not....and I took off work to go which was waste of my time and money because they actually lowered his child support in HALF to $60 each week...so WHO exactly are they helping!?!?!!?

This place is ridiculous. I’ve already had my conference/hearing about 5 months ago! Still haven’t heard anything, I’ve been calling trying to get info & nobody knows anything!!!Today I get the exact letter I received 5 months ago for a conference/hearing appointment. I’ve already done this!!! It also says to call the above number if I need to reschedule but there is NO above number!! I’ve called about 5 times and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a call back from your case worker. I’m so over it!!!

Service is terrible. Most seam unhelpful. They are only there to keep the seats warm. They are rude, nasty, very unhelpful and they never follow up.

Yes, I concur with all the reviews that have been posted so far. I have been dealing with them since 2005, however to no avail. I ended up calling the governors' office. There were several occasions that they told me that they weren't able to contact the absent parent or he didn't work at a particular entity. I held the representative on my cell phone and dialed the absent father's place of employment and BOOYAH! , he was there. They are pitiful. Calling the governor's office helped out a whole lot.

Why is this number listed no longer in service??? These people don't give a flying flip about nothing here in Columbia, SC this a circus and they ring leaders love it like this however what they will soon realize is that I don't and will expose each and every one as I am directed to do so by God my master not the ring leader.
