Very professional and well mannered prople working there. The people that helped me seemed like and gave me the feeling that they really cared about me. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

A situation happened with my niece needing to be placed in my custody. They dragged their feet due to the "high case loads" on getting papers filed through the court allowing me to take her to the doctor, enroll in school, get counseling, and the help she desperately needed. I had to ask multiple times for counseling services before they even put the refferal in 2 months later. I feel they are failing children and families by not being timely, informing guardians of resources, offering resources, following up, etc.

Everyone should vote for Sheriff Leon Lott. I think about that quote from now St. THerea sp?, of Calcultta alot. Paraphrased it was words of kindness... Make sure those absentee ballots go out. Went with a friend...no one working there likes their job you can tell by how the treat people. I thought social workers were caring and compassionate...not here
