Employees are rude. They all seem to have a communication problem. One person tells you one thing then another person tells you something totally different. Nobody is on the same page. The most unorganized place ever! Disgusted

Corrupt group of people with little to no ethical behaviors when it comes to family reunification and integrity in the court room. Get a lawyer before ever discussing anything with these people they are all very crooked here at this location.

They dragged their feet on our application, took 2 months to approve us for something that only is supposed to take 30 days and we were an emergency situation. But didn't matter to them. Provided info in person and over the phone but they claimed we didn't and denied us at first. Then once approved, 10 days later to find out they didn't submit our info to receive benefits and would take another 7-10 days. I left voicemails with case workers but calls were never returned. You HAVE to be on top of things with them, otherwise you're case won't move along and they won't do their job.
