South Carolina Department of Social Services

It is awfull when you have to do a call in for your snap benefits and the phone is busy for 3 days already. How do they think we can do the interview if they don't answer the phone. I think they take the phone off the hook. They suck at taking care of the people that need this help.

This DSS department need to be investigated. They keep following me and children with fake ass reports. Coming to my house today talking bout Im being investigated no yall being investigated. Yall ain't never hep no children. I am going to sue DSS yall should leave me alone. Harassing me and my family; my real family. Water thicker than blood. DSS came to my home today again and had some kind of fake ass warrant talking about talking to my children in private asking them all kinds of questions. Crystal Nesbit needs to be investigated and everybody else up here.

Desiree Spann works here and she uses her access to search for peoples personal information for personal gain and use. AN INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE DONE ON HER, NO ONE SHOULD BE SEARCHING FOR PEOPLE TO GET THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO USE FOR PERSONAL USE. BREACH OF PII is what this is. If anyone see's this please bring this to the attention of the right people, so an investigation can be taken place. This woman needs her access taken away, and shouldn't be working in this environnment because her intentions aren't in the right place.

Harden street. Finally got results they only person that seemed interested to help was the officer at the front. I was given the run around with his help I figured out where exactly I needed to be. Thank you Officer Lopez.

A good question was asked me when I accompanied a friend to DSS, Why does everyone who works here look like their mad about something? It was only 8:30!!! No truer words were ever spoken!!!
