This is the worst place ever to deal with! They placed a child in our custody for a short time for “investigation” and haven’t called us back we haven’t heard from them in 2 months. We just spoke with someone who said they were coming to our place and scheduled a time and they never showed up no phone call no anything after my spouse and I both took off work. I’m fed up with this place.

If you can't find a decent job, you're better off selling drugs or robbing banks than dealing with Greenville County DSS. They simply do not care. One of the worst representations of social services I have ever seen.

I hope nobody finds themselves having to work with the caseworkers at this location. Everything they say or do is a lie. They should hire people with more integrity.

The number they gave for an interview for my case never works then you call the main office they transfer you only to be on hold for 2 1/2 hours...

This place is horrible! They have no concern nor care about you or your children. I’m a mother of 2 that moved from out of state and we have been waiting since November for help. You can never speak to anyone, the hold times are ridiculous, and the staff is rude and unethical! I wish I could rate this place 0 stars!
