Chili's Grill & Bar

This place is horrible. No service, have to wait 10 minutes at door for host to come and take to your table. Asked for water no ice and slice of lemon, gave water with ice and with lemon. Waited more 10 minutes for server to come to take order. After placing order food arrived in 10 minutes, it’s was cold and tortilla chips over food was soft/ soggy. Waited for server to walk around but couldn’t find him for 10 Minutes, have to ask another server that food is cold, she took the food to fix it. Received my food after 10 minutes and found its same food which they kept in oven / micro wave to worm up. Beans were real hot and stared drying off, chicken was dry, tortilla chips where like slice of bread, soft soggy unbeatable. No one came to even ask how’s the food. Many option around to each , avoid this place to eat.

Nice lunch break at this location while we were traveling. The lunch combos are very reasonably priced and the quality was quite good. I had the house salad and 1/2 turkey club combo. It also included fries, which I did not expect. My companion had the mini burgers. $20 for lunch and we could not eat all the food! Our waiter, Sean, was exceptional - friendly and attentive. We will stop here on the next trip.

Fall off the bone baby back ribs and many more choices. Huge salads, the carribean fruit salad with shrimp was delicious with several other to choose from. The menu has so many choices it is hard to decide. There is a bar with quite a few interesting cocktails, wine and beer are also available. Restroom are clean. Parking is free. Handicapped accessible parking and entrance.

The Cleanliness of the Restaurant was definitely below the bar, trash was noticeable on the outside and inside of Restaurant. The employees made the atmosphere of the restaurant not a professional type. Loud talking over patrons while eating, no professional bearing what so ever. Now The Food was Delicious! Ate every part of it. Just some insight of my experience.

The food and waiter were great. Service was not long while waiting on food! We enjoyed celebrating our youngest 23rd birthday!
