Chili Thai Restaurant

Used to love this place, but tonight's experience brought their rating way down with me. I was attempting to order carry out and it was already after 8pm. I knew I needed to order soon otherwise most places would be closed. I called and the greeting stated to order online, and that holiday closures were Thanksgiving and Christmas. Today's Easter, so we were good. I went online and ordered and received email confirmation of my order. Went to pick up and the place is closed with a sign on the door that they decided to close an hour early for the Easter holiday. Now it's after 9pm and our options are limited. Not a good experience. *2 days later and they still haven't refunded my $$ or responded to my message. **Eventually responded to an email to ask me the date of the transaction and amount billed...but have not responded since. That was 10 days ago. Never again...which is unfortunate. I used to really enjoy this place. ***Over a month later. They've ignored my last few emails, won't call me back, and won't respond to my bank's inquirey. Pissed at Chilli Thai and my bank at this point!

I have had better Thai. Service was great.Everything was good. The food was nothing special.. it seems to be cross between Chinese and Thai because there was a thickening agent put in the sauce over the vegetables and garlic chicken. I like fresher vegetables.

Ordered through Uber eats,they have everything correct on their receipt. Asked for 5 star spicy, i got barely flavored noodles and a pile of dry spice. Even with that pile that portion might be a 2star. I've ordered their food a lot and if they aren't messing up the order they're doing a low quality job putting it together. Don't reccommend anyone to go here.

Some of the very best Thai food that I have eaten. Very nice environment and atmosphere. Very nice servers.

Food was good but the portions are a joke! I’m on a low carb diet so ordered the garlic chicken that come with veggies and the container was the size of a 10 piece nugget box from McDonald’s. Paid an extra dollar for onion. So $11 for maybe 10 small pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of broccoli and some cabbage and onion. Will not be ordering from here again. Did not even come close to filling me up.
