China City Buffet

I didn’t like the restaurant. They stay open until 10:00 pm. They hung around my table while I was eating obviously to let me know they wanted me to hurry snd eat. I left at 9:50 pm. But again was pressured to eat food that was not all that great. I’ll pass on this one the next time and I advise you to also.

Avoid at all costs....My family and I had been going there for years, only to see the quality and selection decrease as time went on. Upon our last visit (and I do mean "last visit") I noticed they increased their prices as of March 1st! Besides not compensating for their price increase, we sat there for over an hour and not once did they come to refill any of there several empty food selections- it was 7:30pm when we left. Primary selection- CHICKEN- and lots of it... General Tso's chicken- big ball of fried mess with a little piece of chicken, sometimes Green Pepper Steak- they just changed the meat, or is that meat anyway? Calamari/frog legs- (if they have them) cold and rubbery Pork Chops- see calamari/frog legs Lo Mein- over cooked. Besides, I think they leave the noodles uncut so they can laugh while you try and get them onto your plate Soups- couldn't they at least come by and skim the thick congealed blanket off the surface? I'm hoping somebody else will give an honest review, we need a good Chinese place in Front Royal.

Horrible food. All chicken my family and I tried had bad flavor or no flavor. Old food, but the service was ok other than the manager staring us down, every second of our meal.

The food was awful, lacking flavor, and dry I never ate food so horrible in my life. I've been to several Chinese buffets but hands down this restaurant is the worst not only in flavor but variety of food. Also the waitress took 4$ from the change she owed me to give herself a tip, I was going to tip her but I think it's rude of her to remove change without asking me first.

I have never wrote a review and never planned to however with this place I definitely felt the need ! First off the "sushi" was horrible it was slimy and smelled horrible the salmon was dry even though it was sitting in juice French fries were super dried out and seemed old when I went to talk to the lady that was running the place she said that that is how the sushi is and that it is made fresh even though in the 30 mins we sat there no one was around to make it she said the French fries will get "crunchy" over time my thought was how much time does it take for it to be that freaking bad everything I brought to her attention she had some excuse for . on a Friday night only 3 tables were occupied now I know why. I just spent 30 dollars on food I wouldn't even feed my dog .
