Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got here about an hour before closing and there was a longg line.. When I got to front there was practically nothing there but NO ONE was shared that they were out of things. The gentleman in front of me walked out.. The servers were friendly tho for them to be soo busy yet out of almost everything.. I paid full price for a bowl of rice & beans -____- .. Emailed chipotle & still no response

Line almost out the door, no sense of urgency from team members, very dirty and out of guacamole an hour and a half before closing. Uninviting, miserable energy from staff.

Definitely food was awesome but you have to pay 15 $ for one bowl .Food: 5/5

Got a double meat bowl and its the least amount if food I've ver gotten from any chipotle. Steak was burnt. 22 bucks for this maybe for 2 bowls of this. It's heaping every other chipotle I've went to. Stay away!!

Horrible customer service from the individual working the pick up order station at 1PM on 1.20.23. I picked up the order and they shouted "GOODBYE" at me indicating that I should leave. Does not give me a lot of confidence in how the food was prepared.....

There’s manager so rude, forgot about the sour cream seem underpay with her job. Unwilling to give the food unless you ask for more but still been stingy with this

This chipotle is super convenient and right near campus! They used to be stingy with their food but as you can see they fixed that! I got the chicken salad and was so satisfied with my order! I use the online app to order for my points and to speed up the process in between classes.

Workers seem miserable. Line is always long. don't bother going anytime between 12-2:30PM. Waited 20 minutes after my pick up time. I might as well have waited on line. Didn't give me utensils even though I requested and barely gave me food. oh and the place is very small.

Had a terrible experience at this place. Made an order online,when I got to the store there were a huge line waiting for pick up orders. I waited for my for an hour and it never arrived, wasted my lunch hour,my money and did not get food. All Chipotle employees did not help at all. Don't this I will ever order from Chipotle.

Ordering online, they find a way to mess something up every time. Waiting 20 minutes over the pick-up time, leaving out chips, leaving out an entire bowl, would avoid.
