A very convenient movie multiplex that is undergoing a renovation for many of its theaters. Extremely friendly staff both at the concession stand and the entrance. Comfortable seats with assigned seating. Although these aren’t recliners, they still do the trick and help keep you awake during a boring flick. The Cheetos popcorn that they serve is fantastic and somewhat better (maybe because it’s next to two containers of warm butter and plain popcorn) than Regal’s version.

Great little theater with friendly staff, renovated lobby and seating, and reasonable ticket prices. I've only ever seen Rocky Horror here, but I would definitely consider this theater for other movies as well (except maybe the most visually packed movies- I'd still prefer a Dolby Digital theater for that type of flick). It is really spacious by NYC standards.

I had a decent experience at this theatre. Seats were comfortable but they are in need of repair or replacement. The theatre is conveniently located and is very close to A, C, E train stops at 23rd St. The restrooms inside are reasonably clean and well maintained. In addition, if you are looking for a quick bite after the movie, you have quite a few food options outside the theatre. Overall, a good place to watch a movie.

I was so excited to finally come here! The image and sound are top notch. The seats are comfy looking but they actually are so uncomfortable that it almost ruined the experience for me. THEY BARELY RECLINE!! I noticed many people around me having the same reaction to the chair. Even noticed one of them was broken, probably from someone forcing it to recline.

Large clean theater that screens current movies as well as Tribeca Film Festival movies during the festivals run. Staff was helpful and friendly. Seats are very comfortable.
There are escalators or stairs to get to the upper floors.
