Regal Cinemas E-Walk 13 & RPX

unbelievable..! i have not been here in a few years & this cinema has changed a lot. (last time i visited was to see 'Green Hornet' in RPX 3D). they did a total remodel & it is great! the two auditoriums i viewed films in have very comfortable recliner seats with tables attached to each seat. the auditoriums themselves were very spacious. i enjoyed my stay here immensely. it's one of my favourite Regal cinemas after the one in Union Square. & as much i am not a fan of going into Times Square i can't wait to visit this locale again. forgot the best most important feature of Regal E-Walk Cinema, all reserved seating.

Great movie theater, as far as I'm concerned. Never need to wait long for a kiosk. I would like to have the option of walking up stairs instead of having to use an escalator to get up to the theaters, because I just always choose stairs instead when I can, but I'm not taking a star off for that. Good, clean theaters. Decent pictures. There's some kinda hyper 4X theater where you're "in the movie" but I haven't seen anything there yet. One time in the past, I had an issue with a quarter machine where it ate my money, so I spoke to a manager and they doubly compensated me. So, they'd rather lose $1 and have me leave a happy customer than save a buck and piss me off, which I really appreciate. I'll continue to come here, for sure.

This was our first time enjoying reserved reclining seats in a movie theater and now we don't know if we can ever go to a regular theater again. The easily accessible seats with food trays and electric recliner was super comfortable. Being able to pick our seats online in advance was cool. I am going to look for the reserved recliner option from now on. It is a bit more expensive but absolutely the way to go.

Can’t go back to non-reclining seats now that I’ve experienced what I find to be the only way to comfortably watch ANYTHING. Reserved seating, huge plus because I’m always late or at the concession stand. Decent prices on those compared to the AMC right across the street, so I’m satisfied. Reclining seats make me want to come in my pajamas and bring a pillow because it feels so good to kick back, and the theaters aren’t overcrowded so I don’t mind paying a little extra. The outward appearance feels a little misplaced since everything in Times Square is so shiny, but I can honestly say now when I book tickets I’ll always try to find times and tickets at Regal E Walk 13 first.

My son and I came here to see Avengers 4d. Bought tickets ahead of time. Service was smooth and while the line at the concession stand was long, it moved very quickly. The movie theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. It was def an enjoyable experience for both my son and I and we will be back to this location to view other movies
