Clean and comfortable seats provide good line of sight, big theater with plenty of places to choose where your own "seat where you are most comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that they only had a concession stand open on the first floor when I went to see a Friday evening / 5:15 showing of Avengers and didn't know that the concession stand upstairs was closed. going back down to get snacks below was fruitless because so many people were online there to get food I would have missed half the movie! screen & sound were great so I'll add another 1/2 star- too bad about the snack stand. (funny since they make as much if not more $$ from food as they do in tickets) so you'd think they would want them open to get mo money

They did not tell us going into the theater that there was no concession on the 4 story escalator ride. So then we took the elevator back down. The AMC attendant on the elevator said you can only ride twice. When we got to the concession there was two people waiting on a line of 60 people. Over 35 min to get food and seated!
DON’T GO IT GOT EVEN WORSE!!!!!!

One of the most luxurious and expensive place to watch a movie. We watched Black Panther there in the first day it came out. It was a great experience providing that they have a really comfortable seating and great movie quality they offer.
Also, stuffs were really friendly and helpful since they helped me to find me the showroom when I got lost. In addition, they have a "Dave and Busters" right downstairs which can be really useful for extra entertainment after movies.

Location was clean, staff were really friendly, and the movie was good (not that the location makes a difference in that department). The only downside was the popcorn - it wasn't fresh. After managing a cinema complex for a number of years, I can tell the difference between fresh popcorn, and popcorn that has been sitting in the warmer or on the shelf for more than a day.

This theater doesn't always get it right but their customer service always fixes things. It's always crowded In Times Square so I strongly recommend buying a stubs premiere account for $15 a year. Even with it still give yourself enough time to get concessions. It's well worth it after 2 visits. See a movie in Dolby cinema and you will understand what all the hype is. There are only a few theaters in the country that offer the experience.
