Show was incredible. The only negative was the leg room was poor, I am 6-5 and did not fit well. I loved the show anyway. The cast is great. I can strongly recommend Wicked.

Wicked is one delightful show! A must see and bring the family. I was moved by the actors excellent partaking in a story that we grew u p with. The costumes were chosen with eloquence and the scenes were appropriate. Parking tends to be expensive although welcome to NYC, the drinks are a little on the costly side and they actually measure all and i see why many co googler's have made significant mention... again welcome to the greatest city in the world. This theater has beautiful character, the seating is adequate and I was able to move about a-ok. Funny as some come in jeans, business casual and others from a different mind set. I remember back in the day when a night on Broadway was distinguished from a local move house by attire, behavior and the " feeling" one could afford to treat thy self and enjoy a wonderful show. The visitors/tourists/locals have changed. I enjoyed the New ...... way to visit a NYC theater, i enjoyed the acting, the show and essentially the mind when it took me back to the story this exceptional show was based on. Now off to home to watch the original......

Good show. Long but good. Definitely pricy drinks/snacks but I guess that's normal for a theater.

Came here for the daily lottery and the old ugly blond woman who works as a guard told the guy taking names for the lottery to remove my name and my cousin’s name from the raffle box because she didn’t like that we stayed in the lobby looking at the items at the Wicked shop. She’s not only ugly outside but inside. I guess she feels bitter and miserable because she can’t even afford to buy decent make up or shoes. Fortunately my other 2 friends won 2 tickets each and we were able to see the show anyway.

A riveting performance in Wicked the Musical, The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz. Absolutely brilliant. Loved every second of this play. Articulated with perfection. We had great central stall seats. Amazing theatre, (very different from the British, but still amazing). Wonderful take on the story of Wizard of Oz from another angle. The stage was suriel, just perfectly put together. Stage effects very realistic. Acoustics outstanding. The audio unreal. The costumes and art just amazing with no stone left unturned and detail unchecked.
I would definitely go again next time I am in New York. Till then I may just visit the London performance which I am hoping will reflect New Yorks performance.
Below is a spoiler so please do not read on:
This is the untold story of the friendship between the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba, and the so called Good Witch, Galinda. They grow up at boarding school where Elphaba's powers are discovered.
There are numerous twists and turns of the story (I dont want to give too much away and spoil it for you).
Act 2 Follows by the making of the Wicked Witch of the East when Elphaba's sister's spell back fires in a vain attempt to satisfy her desires.
Dorothy enters the scene but she is more in the back ground and tooled into the story to make everything fit nicely together.
