Scott has followed up with me and is making an effort to move this case forward. He was polite and understanding, considering I left a bad review. Once this is resolved I will update again. Scott won my case but failed to let me know he wouldnt be able to collect on it. Its been over 2 years since ive hired him and I've gone back and forth trying to come up with a solution. He referred me to a collections attorney who never responded, then another who wanted to charge me 2/3rds of the money i won on my judgement. Ive called and left messages, text him, but now no response. Paid him nearly a grand for this case which was very easy to win considering the circumstances. He was polite, but seemed a bit disorganized and hasnt called me back to provide a solution.
