Citi Bank

Very rarely can you walk into a bank and ask to have a couple of hundred dollars change. The lady didn't give me a no hassle moment, how would you like to have this changed into?

Asking for a social and occupation to cash a check issued by them...?? Obviously only cater to boujee because they all had attitudes, too.

Small branch all the way down Court St in Carroll Gardens. Only a couple of tellers and it took awhile. However, nicer and quieter than the branch on Montague St

If a checking account customer writes a check to someone, that person should be able to cash that check at the bank which it is drawn on. Citibank failed that most basic test today.

Such crooks, I called to pay off the balance on a canceled credit card and months after saw a charge of aprox $130, bank claimed it was residual interest. Very sneaky institution.

I've always had super friendly service here, which usually ends up falling on the weekend. Clean and bright.
