I don’t know how long I was supposed be there but that was very long !!!!
The worst branch in Brooklyn avoid at all cost. The wait in line is forever. The machines never work.
Zero organization when waiting for a bank rep., sign in sheet was a mess and has no date listed. New sheet for a new day should be provided. Horrible customer experience and a waste of time. Will try phone or google for any banking questions.

They made me wait like 2 hours for an simple transaction I left then I call customer service they did it in 5 minutes
HORRIBLE! They make us wait in line FOREVER! Waiting for simple transactions to be done. AND ON TOP of that they KICKED ME AND MY CHILD OUT!! Very disrespectful and nasty attitudes. No professionalism with the way they handled the situation.
