The technicians and vets are super.  Our rescue pup came to us with a long list of problems with people.  Staff got it and they worked with us to make sure he felt secure.  The care  is excellent.  Very individual feeling care.   The vets and staff are happy to take the extra time to answer all your questions.  Place is spotless.  

The phone can be wild.  It's nice to have access and reminders via the web.  Easy to re order prescription medicine.

Very professional. The vet we saw was kind and helpful. Got us in and out in less than an hour even after making an appointment same day.
