Clackamas River RV Park

Beautiful location, well kept park. Residents are awesome hard working folks, if you can't follow simple rules, you might stay away. Otherwise I'd highly recommend it.

The park manager is the personification of "trailer trash". If she decides that she doesn't like you she will go far out of her way to cause trouble for you while allowing others to break the park rules. I believe she even tampered with my USPS and UPS mail more than once. It's a nice place but the manager needs to go (to jail if possible). Just read the response. She is one heck of an articulate liar. She returned important VA mail to the government less than a week after I left, causing me to miss a check. She has NEVER forwarded a single piece of my mail. Oh, I did get evicted, because she didn't like my then girl friend and I refused to run her off when she was ill and had no way to support her self. It was a 30 day no cause eviction because the actual cause would have been unlawfull. Park policy had nothing to do with it. I could have taken her to court but I was ready to leave anyway. I was there six months, maintained one of the nicest spots in the park, and never missed a single rent payment. No one deserves to live around that kind of management. To the best of my knowledge she is NOT the owner, probably just a pathological liar with a power fettish. I will find out, and unlike her, I only say things that I believe I can prove. Move there at your own risk. Perhaps you will be a five star sweetheart in her little soap opera.

Its a beautiful park and residents within are nice. Could use a new manager with compassion an understanding. She gave us eviction without cause no previous issues right before Christmas. After i sent written apology for hubby an I's lil disagreement that never hurt or disrupted anyone.. What a scrooge! Hope the owner realizes her goings on an boots her!

Very clean people are all friendly.. It's expensive but they stay outta your way.. the biggest drawback is unless you have Verizon your not getting internet without spending at least 90 a month.. you can but a extender or repeater which will be cheaper in the long run..

Very quiet park and care takers, ( Jan ), ( Cat ), do a great job with up keep of the park. I would recommend this park hands down no questions.
