White River West Sno-Park

Beautiful spot with an epic view of Mount Hood. Great for sledding small hills in the winter with the kids or snow shoeing. Bathrooms are normal park style but at least there is one! Parking lot is large and not usually crowded.

Good location to watch the mount hood and in the Month of April i.e. end of April where there was light snow and roads were cleared then you will get a chance to play in the snow at River west and flowing fresh water is very refreshing.

Great place for sledding with a wide range of hill sizes. Trails for snow shoeing or cross country skiing also. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of and there are bathrooms on site. You should bring your own toilet paper though.

Awesome place for family, sledding or just enjoying the beautiful scenery! Hills farther up the trail are much more fun for older kids, but just slap sled down anywhere and it's still a good time, parking lot seems good for donuts when empty.

Great place in the winter for sledding and some easy snowshoeing. It can get pretty busy but if you hike out past the normal sledding areas there's plenty of open and free space without so many people. Also pretty hard to get lost out here since all you have to do is follow the river back to the parking lot.
