Best Western Plus Hood River Inn

A very pleasant experience right on the water. The food (conference) was amazing quality and variety. The facility was perfect for our purposes except the hallways. The rooms were adequate but the hallways showed they needed a little love. The room I was in was close to the highway and noisy. Four stars for the staff and food. Definitely recommend for quality food, staff and location but not hallways.

In the rush of getting to the airport, I accidentally left behind one of my most treasured (and valuable) necklaces. I didn't realize my missing necklace until I was in the airport an hour away! I immediately called the hotel and anxiously waited while they tracked down the housekeeping staff to see if they had found it. Sure enough, they had found it lying on the counter and said they would keep it safe until my mother-in-law could come by and pick it up. Because of their honesty, I will always recommend the Hood River Inn. Thank you!!

Great hotel, nice location and breakfast is much better than one might expect in a hotel. Staff was great too. BUT, the rooms that face the parking lot are exposed to the NOISE from the "conference center" across the parking lot. Not sure how often this center is used but our Saturday night experience was not good. Other nights were fine.

We stopped at the Riverview Best Western Plus at Hood River just because we had driven too far that day. We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay. Not only did we enjoy the beautiful river view from our room (and the quiet), but the professional and friendly service throughout made our stay memorable. Other highlights: Kudos to the chef for a delicious, beautifully prepared dinner and breakfast (home made granola with fresh fruit). Special thanks to the friendly staff. We will return!

Beautiful setting right on the river! Very close to downtown. Wonderful breakfast options! Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again for sure.
