Clarity Credit Union - Meridian, Idaho

I love my bank!!!!! They have helped me so much the past two years with my credit, and resently I got a new car and they helped me with all of my car loans and I consolidated a few medical bills I had in collections and that helped my credit so much and didn’t make paying those bills so hard. My boyfriend just became a member and was so surprised how easy and simple everything was, he got a new car loan his first ever! And a credit card to build his credit!!!! I love Rachel the loan officer at the meridian location she helped my boyfriend with his car loan and credit card and helped me with my car loan and my consolidation loan!!!! All in two weeks!!!! Amazing service!!!!!

I could not be more pleased!! I spent hours shopping for a first time car loan with poor luck, and was then told to go check with Clarity. Nikie was so wonderful to work with. I felt like she cared about me, and actually wanted to help me get started out. Everyone there is so cheerful and kind, and I plan on coming back to them for anything I need in the future. Absolutely recommend!

Great Staff, Treats You Like Family... Everyone says Hi and calls You by Name, when you walk in .. Nikki Bauer went out of her way and got me my Loan Done One Day .. Nice Job ... I recently visited Clarity with hopes of obtaining a loan to purchase a car I desperately needed. I was very nervous about how I would be treated because while I don't don't have bad credit, it's not the best either. But I wasnt treated based on the way my score looked, I was treated like someone who was in need of help. Nikie helped me to understand my credit score and how they could help me improve it along with helping finance me. There is no making a long story short because it was so simple and fast to get financed. They even referred me to the best people ever to buy a car from. It couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you so much Nikie I really appreciate you!!! Rachel, your the best!!! Im excited to now be a member of Clarity Credit Union.

We were fortunate to have Clarity take my daughters car loan a couple of years ago. This week, my daughter wanted to upgrade and instead of having the dealer send out the bid to different places, we decided to go back to Clarity and see what they could do. Niki and Tina were great to work with. They were able to transfer her current loan over to a new loan and although she has to remain under my credit for now, Niki explained some great options for my daughter to build her credit and be able to refinance it under herself in a year. She explained that there mission is to help those without credit or bad credit turn it around and that meant a lot to myself and to my daughter. We will continue to work with them and work towards my daughter being able to carry this loan herself in a year.
