OneMain Financial

I was referred to them about a year ago. I did the application for a small vehicle loan. I provided all details and docs that they requested. I never got a call back and when I called to follow up they said it was in processing. 2 weeks went by at this point I already went to ICCU and got the loan we needed in 2 days. So I decided to call OneMain and notify them I no longer needed their service's. Funny thing is the lady I spoke too was rude! and then I received a letter saying that I was not approved. BOGUS! BOGUS! They plan forgot about me until I told them I got my loan else where. This place was a joke! if you need a loan apply at Idaho central credit union they are fast and professional!

The woman here have no idea what customer service is or how to provide it. They are manipulative and rude. There only priority is to scam as much money as possible out of you. Go anywhere else but here.

I called them in a slight rush asked them for a small loan.. they got right on it and it was approved quickly the same day.

Very disappointed... Was told everything was good to go so was waiting for the call back so I could go buy a car and then all the sudden I need a co signer. Don't tell me I'm good when you have had my credit report in your hands the whole time. What a joke....
