Mountain America Credit Union

Fast, friendly, and they take care of their customers! I really like the Credit Union as a whole. This branch is my home branch and my least favorite. The reasons I don't much like this particular location is because of the lack of professionalism and privacy as their set up is less traditional and nearly in the middle of the floor, which allows everyone to hear your conversation. Sure there are rooms you can go into, but If I want to talk about over drafting an account, or requesting a loan payoff, I surly don't want the people behind me all up in the biz! Nice people nevertheless.

WE have been with Credit Unions for almost 50 years and when we recently move from Oregon to Idaho we needed to find a good credit union in our new state, we chose Mountain America Credit Union at the recommendation of our realtor. That was the smartest thing we could have done and after 3 years, we couldn't be happier. We have financed our new home through Mountain America and purchased a new car too, both transactions were flawless. The best part of being with Mountain America Credit Union is the folks who work there, they have become friends and it's nice to walk into a place "Where everyone knows your name." It's nice to have someone in your corner when it comes to money and Mountain America was there for us and they will be for you.

Started banking with MACU about a month ago. I have had a great experience so far. There's no sneaky hidden fees. They make all the information you need easily accessible, whether online or over the phone or in the office. I don't have any issues with delayed transactions messing up my balance. It's also very convenient that they have a large network of partner ATMs I can withdraw from without a charge. A+ services.

I have worked with both Katie and Anthony at the meridian branch. It has been nothing short of a pleasant experience. I have all my banking needs met thru them and would recommend them to friends and family.

I've always experienced great service at the Meridian branch on Franklin! Everyone is ready and capable to help with any need I've ever had, and always with a friendly smile. Most recently, Laura was very efficient and quick to provide the answers I needed!
