Worst customer service experienced. Bent over backwards to please Suzan, after being told one thing she tells me another then denies a loan that they had already “approved” .I’ve been working in customer service the past 8 Year’s if I treated any customer or persons this way I would’ve been fired. I think she be. If I could rate a no star I would. Utterly disrespected.
