911 sauce was great. It's actually hot, but not dying like people make it out to be. Also, you do not have to actually sign a waiver for the 911 sauce.

Very good fried chicken and wings. Fast local delivery. This is a takeout and delivery only place. There is no seating.

I normally order from here & the service is good most of the time. But today it’s HORRIBLE! I waiting over two hours for fries & tenders. Since my food was cold, fries were soggy, I had to wait another 30-45 minutes on top of the two hours I waited to get a fresh order. A lady by the name of Martha or Marcy or whatever picked up the phone with a horrible tone of voice like we us customers are bothering her. She sounds disgusting when she picks up that phone. Once I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor because I wasn’t pleased, her time of voice switched up. The driver is extremely rude. His name is kaleif or kalies or whatever, very nasty person. He takes my entire payment without giving me my change back & then has an attitude when I ask him to bring my change back. Cluck needs to hire NEW FRIEDNLY people because the service I was given today was beyond unacceptable. To top it all off, there was no manager or supervisor there today. Very bad customer service today cluck. Not pleased at all ! Management needs to hire new people who want to work and who wants to keep the satisfaction of customers up to par lol. Smh. #dobetter2018
