Coach's Corner Sports Pub

While I love a lot of his staff, I cannot support this owner any longer. I used to be a regular patron at this establishment. The few times I encountered the owner, he was a disaster and treated his employees extremely poorly. To give a few examples, I watched him corner one of his female bartenders into an extremely small area while almost yelling at her about what she did improperly. I watched him go behind the bar and make shots for himself and one of his employees after the bartender refused to serve the young female who was very clearly way above the legal limit. She had been out drinking with him that night already. Other instances include the owner calling patrons "C - - TS" for being a Cubs fan, being so drunk he was talking into a shoe, and in those times I saw him intoxicated I never once heard for a cab being called and his car was never in the lot after I left.

Great selection on quality bar food (I had wings, salad and a wrap). I was with a large group of about 25 people and for the most part we had only one waitress assigned to our table. She made it look easy! Very attentive, joking, didn’t write anything down and I don’t think she missed anything! It’s something I can’t do, that is for sure!

Friendly server; great atmosphere. Had pork tenderloin and fries, which was well prepared and fresh. Partner had chicken strips, which proved to be an excellent buy. I'll be back.

Great neighborhood bar and grill with a "Cheers" everybody knows your name vibe. Good food lineup also.

Great atmosphere and service. I had a tenderloin with fries which was fresh and well-prepared.
