Cobblestone Auto Spa - Surprise

The staff here is so personable. They look you in the eye with a smile and truly provide awesome customer service! I've been coming here 13 years and the few times something was missed, they fixed it immediately. My car is always shiny and clean!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being checked in by Drew. Very personable and courteous. I was concerned with having my new car washed and he helped calm my fear. Today I noticed the tree I had parked under the night before deposited a sticky substance on my windshield and passenger side. Back to Cobblestone for another car wash. Again I was greeted by Drew. With all the cars Cobblestone washes on a daily basis Drew remembered me. Cobblestone Management -- Drew is a great asset to your company. Professional, kind, caring and courteous. I highly recommend Cobblestone Auto Spa.

Horrible service and overpriced. We've given them chance after chance and disappointed every time. Last time going there. They told us 2 hours for detail. Detail, meaning clean everything. Equinox, not huge vehicle. After 3.5 hours they just started wax. We walk over to see how much longer, the only things done: drive through wash, wiped down inside. Engine was supposed to be clean.. not done. Door jams all still filthy. Floor mats not clean. We watched the car sit for an hour not being touched by anyone. They promise they'll take care of it. Drive it around back to spray engine. Bring it back, try to hustle now to get it done, you know, the detail stuff..... They flag us over to check it. Still wax all over, over spray and dirt in door frames still, they hand my husband a rag to wipe it himself!!! Of course all the while giving excuses on why it's not done and how busy they are, etc. When we pulled in, the intake people were expressing how we came on the perfect Saturday because they were so slow. Overall dissatisfied and overcharged. Do not recommend and will not return.

I got my car washed and detailed here while in Surprise. The level of customer service and the quality of the wash are far superior to other places I've been.The employees are always friendly and eager to help with anything I need. Thanks guys!

Staff is very friendly and kind but that can't save them from not knowing how to do their job correctly. Been here for a detail 3 times and all 3 times ended up working on my car even though I paid them to do it. This last time, bugs were left on the front of the car, wax went without being buffed off in several spots, they threw trash in my center console and didnt clean it (it was completely empty when I brought it in). Halfway home I decided I should double-check that the trunk was cleaned out; low and behold, completely untouched and my sun visor was thrown in there! I pulled all trash/personal belongings out so all they'd have to do is vacuum and wash and I still spent an extra hour here washing my own car after leaving it with them for 4 hours. This must be commonplace for this location and not just lightning striking me 3 times because as I was buffing my own car, another lady who had just tipped the guys came up and was furious that there was still bird feces on the top of her car, she asked for a wet rag so SHE could clean it off herself. Can't believe I walked away spending well over $150 for that service..
