Super Star Car Wash

I went to get my car washed and after the cycle was done my front window was still dirty. I went to ask if they could pass it through the wash again and the worker said they could not do anything about my dirty window because I had chosen the three dollar car wash. Which I think is VERY UNREASONABLE. The company should put a disclaimer saying that the machine does not clean dirty windows . I’m very upset and do not plan on going back.

Do not take your luxury vehicle here. Went here today and had to witness a fight almost break out between another customer and several employees! That’s insane if you ask me. On top of that the audience behind the counter that should have been professional instead was commenting on the situation and neglecting me trying to check out. Upon review of my car being finished I had to pop my trunk and finish off the drying of my Audi. Do you not dry off the door jams here??? After asking the attendant to finish the drying job and no response, I still tipped well because that’s the way I was raised. Do not take your car here, it being busy is not an excuse for subpar service. Truly disappointed.

Usually I get the express wash. The last time I decided to get the superstar wash job. They vacuumed my car out,washed it. When I got in my car to leave I saw my girlfriend's ring on the center console. I thought I had lost it for good. Kudos to the employees for finding it and saving my behind. I will continue to go to this location. THANK YOU !

Nice car wash these guys do a really good job. 3 stars because the prices are really high. Better use a coupon whenever you have one.

Good service car wash. Have been coming here for months. Overcrowded because they actually do a good job. Friendly staff and very well trained managers. Good waiting area too. Only downside I can think of is the overcrowdness.
