Super Star Car Wash

Paid $100 for detailing. Made an appointment two weeks in advance. My appointment was for 10am. Got there at 9:30. At 4pm was told it would be another hour and a half!!! Spoke to the manager who had nothing but excuses. He told me there were four cars ahead of me and he didn't know how dirty they were. He went on to insult me by telling me I have "a lot of dog hair "in my car! I paid a lot of money to have that dog hair cleaned out of my car!!! I think they need a new manager with better people skills and better customer service!!!! Didn't derserve one star but can't leave a comment without one star!!! Picked my car up. Asked for manager. I told him if my husband would have called, he wouldn't have had the balls to speak to him the way he spoke to me. He said he didn't want to talk to me and walked away. HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! If he worked for me(I am a small business owner.) he would be gone. From what I have read here, other people have complained about this guy. The owner might want to protect his business.

Wait for the coupons and seasonal specials. Sign up for the mobile text service and save on every wash. Excellent service and they do a really good job. The detail service is good as well. If you want a heavy coat of silicone wax, do it yourself.

Price and service is comparable to other car washes around when you use a coupon. When you get a car wash you always get another Express car wash voucher valid 2 weeks so it's worth it in my opinion.

If you bring the discount coupon you get a decent inside and outside wash for $9.99. Staff is not too pushy about adding extra services if you are strong in stating a basic car wash. The detail shop is good except for the type of wax applied to the exterior because it seems to attract the dust and dirt. After a few days of having my car detailed I noticed a film of dust and tried to rinse it off with a hose. It wouldn't rinse off and had to go to Costco for a wash. Always nice staff and comfortable waiting area inside and out.

First time here and really liked it. They did great job for a good price. Will be my go to place from now on.
