CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness - Administration

This location often reschedules or turns away suicidal clients. Not well organized. I would advise contacting the Alvernon location, or a different treatment center. 2 stars because if you somehow manage to actually see a professional on staff, maybe they can help. Also, ok experience with PCP side... so, Benefit of doubt. Mental health side is a bit of a joke here, though.

I am giving them one star because I cannot give Codac anything lower. This place is a joke, they act like they care about those with mental illnesses, but when it comes done to it they couldn't care less. Each time, I come in there are new "rules" that they have started to enforce, which makes getting proper help nearly impossible. I honestly think that this business loves messing with peoples lives and well being. I even had a woman, who I wont name, that told me if I killed myself my family would only care for a few days, then they would get over it and forget about me. This was three days after I tried killing myself. They really don't care.

I received a suspicious call from CODACs Alvernon Office. When I contacted Admin/HR, they refused to verify the callers employment. Beware of calls from CODAC requesting that you cut a check from private parties not part of the CODAC system. BTW, the HIPPA compliance number is not in service. There is no option for less than 1 Star. I’d give CODAC a minus 10. Shady agency.

The dark thoughts group is excel more than I hoped to for result that I expected. Keep going until you get it. I repeated this cycles several times. This is not a class yet the group growth may seem long and slow but many modalities are imminent to this and works.

This is an update for my review from a month ago, which was pretty dismal. U know have a team that I adore and trust and I must say that I am impressed with them and much happier. Things are still messed up and their recent transition to a new RHBA has been crazy as well, but my team is honest and is working through it as well. Honestly, it just depends on the people you are assigned to. It can be life saving or living ruining.
