This does not even deserve a star.... more like a negative!!!!. This place is awful the customer service at front dest is awful!! I complained and complained and NO changes what so ever from the office manger to the front desk. It’s so sad and pathetic that when you walk In to the office they get upset that your there and it feels like it ruined their conversations to help you check in your appointment. Also the turn around is so bad here it’s unreal and the case workers are the exact same way. AVOID this place go elsewhere it’s a joke this place, save your time and hassle and go where they care for you or children.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My son had an appointment scheduled for an intake. I was told the best place for kiddos on the spectrum was intermountain. Well my first experience was horrible. I didn't receive a reminder call, and I have tons of appointments, so for me those are life savers. I showed up 5 minutes late after searching for the location. The receptionist did not awknowledge me until 3:15...the intake coordinator came out and as we sat down in her office she said I hope you brought his birth certificate. I replied no, as no one told me I needed it. She said do you have someone at home who can bring it. I told her no. She said then we can't see him, I don't know if he is yours or not. Give me a freaking break... I have 3 insurance cards, 2 of which have his and my name on them, plus his ss card. So I wasted my afternoon off work, wasted my pto...and I even said I never was told and didn't receive a reminder call. She said Well I called you today...Yes at 2:07 today...with no voicemail.,.she giggled and said yeah I didn't wait for voicemail. But we can set up another time. I told her not to waste her time as this was not a good first impression and I will go elsewhere.

Place is a headache. Can't get appointments right. Completely forget about patients. When scheduling appointment they are months out and months between appointments. And the they automatically will cancel you appointment without telling you and sometimes reschedule for wrong appointment. Good luck getting the services and/ meds you need. Think it may be quicker and easier to admit to a hospital. Then repeat. This place is a joke.

They are only in it for the insurance money they do not care about the mental health of clients. The Doctors are wonderful, but the board of directors ties there hands of being able to help the clients. The nurses are unreliable and required to see patients when mental health issues arrise and appointments are month out with Doctor. Nurse has never had no other contact with client but now are in charge of clients medication and changes to meds? If you can use another mental health provider or private it will save you or your loved ones. If I could my son would not be with this corporation that only cares about insurance money. His Phych Doctor is amazing and should go into private practice don't know how she hasn't gone crazy herself with the bunch of money grubbing board of directors with there "policy changes" that only effect the way they can make more money of hurting mental ill clients and there insurances pocket book. Having a nurse see patients for abnormal self harming behavior? Never met client before has a 5min med check with stranger? We wonder why are so many issues in Tucson? Could be places like intermountain are creating more issues by having nurses do highly educated phych doctors work with patients they have never laid eyes on before?
