Please do not go to this place if you have any other option. Staff turnover is a nightmare. When they do get someone good working there, they leave almost immediately.

My sister booked an appointment 7 weeks out and was turned away when she got there because they had failed to get her medical records. There was an inexcusable lack of communication which is basic procedure for all medical facilities. After being without the necessary medications for that long and having no other options she was admitted to the ER. The ER physicians and staff were excellent and able to give her the medications she needs and set her up another appointment at this facility for a week after her stay. She went to that appointment today where she was to meet with her case worker and her doctor and was dismissed. Again. They cancelled her appointment without a courtesy phone call or the option to reschedule. This is not how you treat anyone, especially people with mental health disorders.

Very unhappy, my son switched to SEABUS, he needed 2 prescriptions filled. He was told over and over they had both been called in. Only one was called in and he will end up in the emergency room if this isnt resolved. He was told basically no other services could be provided until his Psych review in December. He has been getting services for years, and what, the records can't be reviewed?? Reallly Poor! Called The Hotline and nothing can be done until Monday!
