They never contacted anyone i knew to let me know when my services would start they need to be more on top of things I just turned 18 and I was supposed to transfer from one behavioral health agency to COPE Arizona I honestly hope they provide me with better support because this is unacceptable. i have many mental health disabilities and if i cannot get treatment i may have to try a different behavioral health treatment service. its been a few months and I still heard nothing about my transfer my other agency told me that they were supposed to contact me soon but they never did and every time i try to get a hold of them they transfer me to a phone line thats always an voicemail box. please improve your services because this isn't fair to anyone who needs these services that you are not providing
