I work in the surrounding neighborhood and work on your block. I am extremely unimpressed by how dirty your parking lot is. You have seriously brought down the curb appeal of our block even after they finished a brand new apartment complex right next door. You should be ashamed at the amount of cigarette butts sitting outside of your door and next to your curb. You may want to invest in some kind of cigarette butt holder. The amount of weeds and garbage that line your alley way is also very unappealing to the eye. I would appreciate it if you would hire some kind of janitorial staff or at least ask your employees to pick up your parking lot. You really do look very shabby from the street as a whole.
