The proof of NO CURE NO PAY it's not correct after accept your case McDivitt are come up with request to deposit a certain amount to continnue your case. So the NO CURE NO PAY are not true, if the case take some more time to handle they request money while we agree with % commission when Mc Diviit win's the case Our case are now hanging in their archives awaiting for deposit of a amount Mc Divitt request 
So don't promises things that McDivitt can't realize ! Don't say NO CURE NO PAY!
