I am beyond grateful for the help I received from Zaner Harden Law. I was hit by a car while riding my bike to work and sustained a broken arm. She was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly responsive. Her paralegal, Jenna, was also fantastic and spent time to explain very foreign and at times confusing processes. Zaner Harden Law is the knight you need to stand up against the insurance companies. I got hit by a driver that ran a red light. My car was totaled. I had $50K of hospital bills. The other insurance company denied everything. Zaner Harden came through! They hired a private investigator to find all of the witnesses (who didn't fill out a police report or stay after the accident). With all the evidence the other insurance company admitted fault and payed me... but there was a problem. The guy only had the minimum coverage of $25K and I still had bills. I thought I was fine... I had under-insured motorist coverage and my insurance company has a duty to take care of me. WRONG... My insurance company refused to pay me because (In their opinion) my bills were too high. Luckily, I had Kurt Zaner and Elliot Singer on my side. They knew exactly how to handle the insurance company. They were ready for us to go to trial. Finally my insurance company paid the coverage, and I was all taken care of. They communicated with me every step of the way. They contacted the hospitals so that I didn't have to worry about anything going to collections. They even helped negotiate my bills on my behalf. It's sad, but you absolutely need an attorney when it comes to personal injury. I couldn't have done it myself. With Kurt and Elliot, I had complete peace of mind the whole time and I never had to worry about anything.

I had never been in a situation like this in my life where I was injured in a car accident. From the moment I walked in for my appt with Joe W. I felt comfortable. Joe was very upfront and honest and made,me feel very comfortable. I also had a lot of interaction with both his paralegals Tim and Ashley. Both were extremely professional and they never left a question unanswered that I had. Ashley became a huge asset in my life, I cried many times to him about my situation and she was very compassionate and understanding, I enjoyed working with her so much. I cannot say anything bad about anyone I dealt with at this law office. Would highly recommend this law firm.
